Alternatively, you can make a claim Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 5.30pm by simply calling our team on 0333 999 7904 and we will take all the details from you.

There is no excess to pay.

For all valid claims,

  • Replacements will be ordered within 24 hours of receipt of your completed claim.
  • Your replacement pump will be delivered directly to you by the supplier.
