You can claim online 24/7 with our online claims platform.

Alternatively, you can make a claim Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 5:30pm by simply calling our team on 0333 999 7904 and we will take all the details from you.

There is no excess to pay.

For all valid claims,

• Replacements will be ordered within 24 hours of receipt of your completed claim.
• Your replacement pump will be delivered directly to you by the supplier.
